For example, tenancy agreements comply with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 (as amended by the 2026 Act), employment contracts meet WRC and Terms of Employment Act requirements, and GDPR policies satisfy DPC standards. For complex or high-value situations, we recommend having a solicitor review the document.

Most documents are delivered within 1 hour of completing the questionnaire. The questionnaire itself takes 3-5 minutes. Credit pack customers receive priority delivery in under 30 minutes. You receive both PDF and editable DOCX by email.

Yes. Every document comes as both a PDF (for printing and signing) and a DOCX file (for editing in Word or Google Docs). GDPR privacy policies also include an HTML version ready to paste onto your website.

No. Since April 2023, Enduring Powers of Attorney must be created using Decision Support Service (DSS) forms and require certification by a solicitor and GP under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. If you are not satisfied with your document, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide a full refund. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, but unused credits never expire.

Credit packs let you buy 3, 5, or 10 document credits at a discount (up to 49% off). Each credit can be used for any document type. Credits never expire and there is no subscription or recurring charge. Buy a pack, use the credits whenever you need them.

Yes. Questionnaire data is deleted after your document is generated and delivered. Uploaded contracts for analysis are deleted within 24 hours. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (we never see your card details). We never share your data with third parties or use it for model training.
